Customer Success Specialist - Baltics

Provet Cloud is a leading cloud-based veterinary clinic and hospital management software. Our mission is to leverage the power of software and design to help veterinary professionals save time to focus on what matters most—delivering great care, great experiences, and growing their business. We currently have over 15,000 veterinary professionals using our products with a goal to grow our user base to 150,000 by 2030.

We have a place open for a Customer Success Specialist in the Baltics

We are looking for a new employee who would support our customers using Provet Cloud software. The users are veterinarians, vet nurses, animal clinic managers and administrators.

You will also work closely with our internal teams, helping to improve the product and customer relations. The position is remote, but sometimes there's a need to travel to customer locations too. Occasionally, you can also visit our main offices in Finland for work and events.

We work with Google, Slack, Zendesk, Notion, Timely, Jira, and other software tools.

Your final role will take shape over time according to your strengths, skills and interests. Our employees have the opportunity to develop and influence the content of their work.

- Ability to manage customer relationships successfully

- Aptitude to learn and master a modern web-based program

- Good general computer skills

- Estonian language skills: native or very good, written and spoken

- English language skills: excellent written and spoken

- Russian, Latvian, Lithuanian languages are an asset
