We’re looking for a consultative Customer Success Manager that is passionate about building strong relationships and partnering with our customers to help them achieve their goals. You’ll work closely alongside veterinary practices to ensure they are obtaining value from our market leading practice information management system, Provet Cloud.Â
You’ll be responsible for our customers post-implementation journey, proactively engaging with a portfolio of customer accounts to establish yourself as their trusted advisor and product expert to drive adoption and help them to realize the full value from their investment in our software. You’ll be naturally curious to learn more about a practice's ways of working, their aspirations and challenges so that we can translate what you’ve learned into actionable results to continually improve our product and our Net Promoter Score (NPS).Â
🚀 Reporting to the Vice President of Growth, you will help propel Provet Cloud’s value by delivering proactive engagement and educating our customers on best-practices and how to get the most from our solutions.
Your key responsibilities include:
Proactively deliver customer engagement to guide new and existing customers on how to achieve their goals and maximize the value they receive from our PMS.
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on value & advocacy as you guide our customers throughout their post-implementation journey by delivering a variety of customer engagement touchpoints.
Become a product expert on the Provet Cloud platform and its services so that you can become a champion to help resolve customer queries and advise on best-practices.
Lead regular strategic reviews with customer accounts to communicate progress against agreed success plans, address and mitigate risks while documenting feedback.
Represent the voice of the customer internally at Nordhealth - documenting and presenting the good, the bad and the ugly of our customer feedback to ensure our North American market needs are understood and we are continually improving our solution and the value it provides.
Work collaboratively with the sales, customer support and implementation teams as required to help customers work towards their goals
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Veterinary experience is highly desirable, but we would love to speak with you if you have Healthcare / SaaS experience.
A successful track record as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or similar customer facing technology role.
You have a strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and willingness to roll-up your sleeves as we continue to scale our North American operations and define Customer Success at Provet Cloud.
You have an enthusiastic and dedicated approach to connect with customers and share your industry knowledge and experience to understand their needs and how they can realize full value from our PIMS.
