We’re now looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to support our growth and join our Implementation team! Reporting directly to the Head of Implementation, your main goal is to lead a team of experienced implementation specialists. In this role, you will manage the team members' workloads to ensure they can achieve their goal of delivering the best implementation experience to our customers.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Manage a team of experienced implementation specialists through their day-to-day responsibilities

• Drive long-term revenue growth, reporting metrics to the Head of Implementation at regular intervals

• Drive and balance productivity, ensure team members maintain a superior customer success score

• Use best-in-class tools such as Zendesk and Jira to diagnose, describe and escalate customer situations and resolve them in a timely manner

• Evaluate and identify areas of improvement related to tools, processes, and culture needs within the team

• Lead efficient planning and deployment of Provet Cloud resources

• Manage the annual 360 reviews of each of your team members, as well as ensure regular 1:1 meetings with each team member are planned

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the animal health/veterinary field or SaaS. Maybe you’ve also worked within a software/technical role?

• Experience in management, including hiring and retaining top talent

• Proven ability to develop people, coaching to improve performance, and prepare team members for future roles

• 2+ years as a high performer in an Implementation or Technical Support role

• Proven track record in project management of technical projects.

• Dedicated focus and initiative to providing an exceptional Customer Experience

• Ability to inspire and motivate team members

• Ability to work within, or near to, the GMT timezone
