About the role

We’re now looking for a VP of Marketing to support our growth and join our Veterinary BU. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Veterinary, your main goal is to lead our global marketing team and efforts. In this role, you will develop our marketing strategy and international expansion through a multichannel approach. The ultimate goal is for increased marketing spend to deliver clearly the best return as a customer acquisition strategy (CAC/new ARR).
Your key responsibilities include:
Define the global marketing strategy across channels and regions in alignment with OKRs
Lead a team of global marketers, defining goals, developing processes, and recruitment
Invest and manage the marketing budget where we can yield the best results as evidenced by metrics
Analyse marketing performance data to identify areas of opportunity and expedite decision-making
Define and evangelise the Provet Cloud brand for veterinary clinics globally
Continue to develop and coach the implementation of a Product Marketing strategy that efficiently and effectively brings new features and releases to customers and prospects
Support the continued evolution of Growth Marketing to meet lead generation and revenue goals
Continue to build SEO/SEM programs with Digital Marketing and Content Marketing, ensuring our website is optimised and converting appropriately
Maintain a pulse on the Veterinary industry, identifying and watching key trends, press, and market changes
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have a proven track record in leading an international marketing team and have experience in growth marketing, product, and brand in B2B SaaS.

● Strong experience in maturing marketing operations and strategy, with a special talent in product and data-driven digital marketing (SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social)
● A high EQ to deftly navigate a changing business landscape and wield influence across various teams. You are a relationship builder with skills to foster a sense of community with cross-functional stakeholders
● A servant leader who loves coaching people to perform at their best
● Skilled in translating complex dependencies into adaptive resourcing when plans change
● Experience in selecting, implementing and activating the best tools, including process and KPI’s
● Resilience and grit in to creating and refining processes to get the right outcomes faster
● Work well with data, and has a highly analytical approach to problem-solving
● Self-starter with the ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership
● A good understanding of the product development lifecycle
