We’re now looking for a Junior Support Specialist to support our growth and join our Support team in Norway! Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, your main goal is to look after and help our customers. In this role, you will train and support our Therapy customers on the optimal use of out highly customizable software.
This is a unique opportunity to join our team to find one's place and leverage one's abilities and strenghts.
Your key tasks include:
Work closely with our customers to ensure excellent support
General support via chat, email, remote control and phone
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a profession where the customers has been the focus. Maybe you’re also interested in providing excellent support to our users?
In addition, our humble wishlist would be that you:
Have native Norwegian spoken and written skillsÂ
Have general computer knowledge and an interest in this
Are conscientious, social and sociable
Are able to work in a structured manner
Are flexible and a true team player
