About the role
🚀 We’re now looking for a Support Specialist to support our growth and join our team at Vetera! At Vetera, customer service is more than a specific role. Rather, our customer advisors are an integral part of defining the culture and the way we work with our customers.

After an intensive training phase, you will become independent in advising our customers in the optimal use of the leading practice management software Vetera. The long-term satisfaction of our customers is your success!
Your key responsibilities include:
Customer advice and support on the phone and in remote maintenance
For technically complex and technical questions (IT helpdesk)you will receive help from our in-house veterinary colleagues and software experts
Continuous development of our database for the internal knowledge transfer
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a dynamic, global SaaS company or have worked in software support. Maybe you have a background in the veterinary industry or are interested in it?
In addition, we humbly request that you:
Have experience in software customer service, in a call center or similar
Have knowledge of long-standing (veterinary) practice procedures
Are able to understand the needs of customers and have genuine interest in solving their problem
Enjoy communicating with customers on the phone
Have good IT skills (Microsoft) and a tech savvy mindset
Enjoy structure, are committed and reliable
Have excellent communication skills in both German and English
