About the role
We are seeking a dedicated individual for a role that centers around Provet Cloud, our cloud-based veterinary practice management software (https://www.provet.cloud/). Provet Cloud is designed to help veterinary practitioners save time so they can devote more attention to caring for their patients and to make managing a veterinary practice more efficient and simpler. It offers features for appointment scheduling, electronic medical records, inventory management, billing, and communication within the veterinary team.
We’re now looking for a Support Specialist to support our growth and join our Global Support team, focusing on delivering support to our Provet Cloud customers in Norway! Reporting to the Nordic Support Manager, your main goal is to ensure that our customers are equipped to run their practice and serve their customers effectively through our product. In this role, you will be independently, and as part of the team, working towards building best practices to develop the support work.

Your key responsibilities include:
Providing non-technical 1st level support for issues and incidents by responding to requests we receive via telephone, email and live chat in a professional, supportive and positive manner.
Ensuring accurate and complete information is captured and logged in our ticketing system Zendesk, while keeping our customers up-to-date on progress throughout.
Collaborating with your colleagues and other teams such as our technical support to deliver timely resolution of customer issues.
Carrying out initial troubleshooting on any issues received, ensuring all details are captured from the customer to ensure we fully understand the issue.
Become a product expert on the Provet Cloud platform and its services so that you can become a champion to help resolve customer queries and advise on best-practices.
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you already have experience working in a technical customer service role with a passion to deliver the highest level of customer care. Maybe you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company.
In addition, we humbly request that you
have a proven track record of keeping customers happy while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction measured by Customer Satisfaction surveys
are proficient in working with both Norwegian and English
work efficiently towards meeting the set quantitative targets for support
enjoy the close co-operation with the team and with other stakeholders. Independence in connecting with relevant parties and good collaboration skills are required in this role.
Previous experience in the animal health care industry is considered an advantage but we will give you a thorough induction into our product!
