At Nordhealth Denmark, we are a small, dedicated team committed to helping veterinary clinics succeed through innovative tools and personalized service. We are currently looking for an Implementation Specialist to join us in delivering seamless onboarding experiences for Provet Cloud customers.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new Provet Cloud customers.

• Conduct training sessions (remote and on-site) for clinic staff on using Provet Cloud effectively. 

• Customize workflows and settings within Provet Cloud to match clinic operations.

• Provide exceptional customer support during the onboarding phase, ensuring clinics feel confident and supported.

• Collaborate with our support and product teams to address customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with veterinary professionals and clinic teams.

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. Maybe you’ve also had experience in Healthcare or Veterinary Industry? If you do, you could consider this as a very good bonus point!

In addition, our humble wish list would be that you:

• Bring knowledge of the veterinary industry or practice workflows is a plus. You might currently work as a nurse or vet. 

• Have excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and relatable manner. 

• Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Are passionate for helping others succeed and a customer-first mindset. 

• Are fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken). 

• Have experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or technical support, preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting.
