We are seeking a sales professional to join our team in Aspit AS. In this role, you will be the bridge between Aspit AS and potential clinic clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding the unique needs of clinics, effectively communicating how our platform can address those needs, and driving successful conversions. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and achieving our growth targets. 🚀
Your key responsibilities include:
Engaging with potential clinic clients via telephone, email and online demonstrations.
Actively listening to clinic representatives to understand their pain points, challenges, and requirements.
Tailoring product presentations to showcase how EasyPractice can provide solutions that meet each clinic's specific needs.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.
Providing insights to the product development team based on feedback received during interactions.
You will be responsible for customer segments where we currently have a small market share, and increase this.
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. We are looking for a colleague with self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
In addition, our humble wish list would be that you have:
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Native Norwegian language skills and fluency in English.
Ability to empathize with potential clients and understand their pain points.
Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
Familiarity with practice management software or healthcare industry (a plus).
Flexibility to adapt to evolving sales strategies and product features.
