About the role
We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy professional to join our team Senior Sales Manager! We are looking for candidates who speak German fluently and feel ready to pivot to a Senior-level sales role and take complete ownership of the sales operations in the DACH region! 🚀
Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product management teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee key account management, ensuring personalized attention and tailored solutions for major clients.
- Oversee marketing activities, working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Represent Vetera GmbH at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
What will help you to be successful in this role?
- Either you already have proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or you're ready to take on such role as the next step in your career.
- Ideally, experience with B2B SaaS sales! Experience in the veterinary industry is not mandatory but it's going to be an extremely strong benefit. Same goes for sales experience with other similar practice management systems.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. You'll be expected to build and lead a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Experience in key account management and overseeing marketing activities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- The role is primarily remote but you should have willingness to travel as needed.
