About the role
We believe in building lasting customer relationships and are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive our customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value strategies.
As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be the architect of our customer journey, from initial interaction through to loyal advocacy. Your primary mission is to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) and significantly reduce churn by ensuring every interaction is personalized, relevant, and engaging. You'll play a central, strategic role within our evolving marketing team, with a direct impact on our long-term revenue growth. 🚀
Your key responsibilities include:
Master the Customer Journey: Develop intricate customer journey maps, identifying key touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for engagement across awareness, acquisition, onboarding, retention, and advocacy.
Strategize & Execute Campaigns: Design and implement highly targeted marketing campaigns for each lifecycle stage, crafting personalized messaging and offers based on customer behavior.
Drive Growth & Retention: Develop strategies for effective onboarding, deep customer engagement, proactive churn reduction, successful upsell/cross-sell, and compelling win-back campaigns.
Automate & Optimize: Utilize HubSpot to build, deploy, and optimize automated email sequences, setting precise triggers and segmentation rules to ensure timely and relevant communication.
Analyze & Optimize: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, churn rates, LTV), using data-driven insights to refine strategies and boost ROI.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Support, and BI/Rev Ops teams to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness and a seamless customer experience.
Report & Communicate: Clearly articulate campaign results, key learnings, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:
Experienced Marketer: You bring 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, and CRM management, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
Strategic & Analytical: You possess strong analytical skills, adept at data interpretation, strategic thinking, and a "test-and-learn" mindset for continuous improvement.
HubSpot Expert: You are excellent with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.
Exceptional Communicator: Your written and verbal communication and copywriting skills are top-notch, allowing you to craft engaging messages and manage stakeholders effectively.
Customer-Centric: You have a deep understanding of customer psychology and behavior, enabling you to build truly impactful customer relationships.
Curious & Adaptive: You're keen to explore how AI strategies can enhance our workflows and optimize sensitive, business-critical flows.
Independent & Collaborative: You are self-driven, able to work independently, yet thrive in a team environment.
Fluent in Finnish: As we operate in Finland, fluency in written and spoken Finnish is a requirement.
Project Management Savvy: You have solid project management skills to navigate multiple initiatives and launches.
Bonus: Experience within the Therapy software industry is a plus.

You'll be joining a dynamic, remote-first team at a pivotal growth stage. This is a central and strategic role where your contributions will directly impact our business success. While you'll be learning a lot about our products and diverse markets, you'll be fully supported by our VP Marketing to navigate the team dynamics and data intricacies.
This is a permanent, full-time (40h/week) remote role, reporting directly to VP Marketing.
