Our Enterprise team partners with some of our largest and most complex clients, delivering tailored solutions, optimised workflows, and deep integrations to meet unique operational needs. We collaborate closely with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, scalable rollouts, and continuous optimisation post-launch.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Solutions Product Owner to join our Enterprise team. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will lead initiatives that directly impact enterprise customers, with a particular focus on our fast-growing US market.
Working alongside our Principal Product Manager, you will translate product vision into action, align strategic goals with executional excellence, and ensure delivery of scalable, innovative solutions. You’ll bring clarity and structure to priorities, collaborate across teams, and engage directly with customers to shape workflows and integrations that drive measurable results.
Your key responsibilities include:
Partner with the Principal Product Manager to translate product priorities into actionable plans.
Manage and refine the product backlog to keep priorities clear and development organised.
Drive execution across engineering, design, and QA teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Support cross-functional communication between Enterprise, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
Engage with our largest enterprise customers (with a strong focus on the US market) to capture requirements for features, integrations, and workflow optimisations.
Monitor progress, report outcomes, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Leverage AI-driven insights and data-informed tools to improve backlog refinement, customer understanding, and delivery velocity.
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Essential
Experience as a Product Owner, Program Management, Project Management or in a similar role within SaaS or B2B environments.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical perspectives.
A track record of driving execution and delivering value in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Preferred
Background in enterprise workflows, large-scale integrations, or customer lifecycle management.
Familiarity with the US enterprise market and its specific requirements.
Experience using AI or automation tools to optimize product workflows.
