At Vetera - part of Nordhealth, one of our core veterinary software, customer service is more than just a specific role. Our customer service representatives are an integral part of our company culture and define how we interact with our customers.

What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:
- Completed training in veterinary medicine, business or technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven (long-term) professional experience in a customer-oriented position, preferably in IT support, helpdesk, customer service or as a veterinary assistant.
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills.
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly and in a customer-oriented manner.
- High level of service orientation, commitment and problem-solving skills.
- Confident use of IT systems, in particular Freshdesk, Odoo, Google Suite, remote access software and basic knowledge of networks, hardware and software.
- Structured, careful and process-oriented way of working, especially when recording, prioritising and documenting support cases.
- Ability to work in a team, willingness to collaborate across departments and support Vetera's team goals.
- Resilience and flexibility, even when faced with an increased workload.
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development in line with operational requirements.
