We’re now looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and help us elevate how Nordhealth tells its story across our products, markets, and audiences.
Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, your main goal is to build and execute a content strategy that educates, inspires, and drives demand, while ensuring our product messaging and narrative stand out in a competitive healthcare landscape.
In this role, you’ll own the planning and production of long-form, high-value content, from thought leadership pieces to customer stories and product narratives — helping shape how our brand and products are perceived across Denmark, Finland, Norway and beyond.
This is a unique opportunity to build a modern content function from the ground up, define our editorial lanes, and help scale Nordhealth’s reach and brand equity.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and own Nordhealth’s content strategy — defining key content lanes, editorial calendar, and distribution approach across owned and earned channels.
- Plan and produce long-form, high-quality content such as blog posts, guides, whitepapers, reports, customer stories, and webinars.
- Collaborate with product marketers and managers to ensure content reflects our evolving messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
- Support GTM initiatives by creating compelling narratives for new product launches and campaigns
- Ensure content consistency across website, blog, sales enablement materials, and lifecycle communications.
- Optimize for performance — use analytics and SEO insights to measure impact, refine topics, and expand reach.
- Coordinate freelancers and external contributors where needed to scale production.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, SEO, Lifecycle, and Product teams to align content with funnel performance and business goals.
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:
- Have 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand, or product marketing — ideally within B2B SaaS, tech, or healthcare.
- Are a storyteller at heart with strong writing, editing, and narrative development skills.
- Know how to turn complex product features into simple, value-driven messages.
- Have experience managing content calendars, freelancers, and multiple stakeholders.
- Are comfortable balancing strategy and hands-on execution — from setting the direction to writing the piece.
- Understand SEO, analytics, and content performance metrics.
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken) and Danish; additional languages are a plus.
- Thrive in a remote-first, cross-functional environment, collaborating with teams across different markets.
