What are we looking for?
In Canada, we are seeking a strategic, value-driven Enterprise Solutions Consultant to serve as the technical leader and value accelerator within our enterprise sales cycle. You will be directly responsible for defining and delivering a unique Enterprise sales motion which consists of a Proof of Concept (PoC) engagement designed to proactively identify, quantify, and demonstrate the measurable business value a client can unlock by investing in our platform.
You will be the bridge between technical capability and commercial success. By delivering initial configuration and technical validation, you will build decisive momentum and create a compelling Return on Investment (ROI) case that positively influences negotiations. This role requires an individual with deep product expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the gravitas to guide project leaders and C-suite executives through their complex change journey, ensuring a predictable and successful handover to our enterprise delivery team. About the Role
Reporting to the VP of Sales, your performance is directly tied to revenue generation and the successful closure of enterprise deals via the successful delivery of Proof of Concept engagements, you’ll have a global remit with a key emphasis on the North American market:
Lead the Enterprise Sales Motion: Define, deliver, and own the formal PoC engagements for enterprise groups which involves the implementation of up to 5 locations to demonstrate measurable ROI and positively impact our commercial negotiations.
Strategic Discovery & Value Alignment: Deliver superior engagement to capture detailed customer requirements, workflow analysis, and integration needs, translating them into a clear solution design. Proactively influence our customers by identifying areas of opportunity and sharing guidance on best-practice recommendations.
Value Quantification and ROI Presentation: Track PoC metrics against defined success criteria, then identify, capture, and create a compelling ROI presentation to be delivered to group decision-makers.
Technical Credibility and Best-practice Guidance: Provide best-practice enterprise recommendations and technical credibility during the sales process, configuring and deploying the product at PoC locations.
Solution Design & Documentation: Highly detail orientated, you will formalize the enterprise journey, from solution design to implementation handover, supporting commercial negotiations and creating documents which provide a clean hand-off to the Enterprise delivery team.
Enterprise Product Advocacy: Collaborate with internal Product teams to identify customization requests, advocate for enterprise customer needs, share product feedback and ensure we are removing commercial blockers.
Measures of Success
Achieving a high Conversion Rate from PoC engagement to full contract signature.
Maintaining a high PoC Completion Rate (delivered on time and within defined scope).
Defining and developing PoC documentation, ROI deck, and handover materials to provide a unique, high-quality customer experience.
Required Competencies
Product Expertise & Consultative Approach: Deep product knowledge of enterprise configuration design and best-practice set-up, coupled with a consultative approach to help enterprise customers to navigate their complex change journeys.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise contract terms, pricing structures, and the capability to articulate value and ROI directly to C-Suite and senior veterinary teams.
Communication & Documentation: Capability to produce high-quality documentation (PoC documents, Implementation SOW) and convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Willingness to Travel Internationally: Travel as necessary to deliver PoC engagements to North America clients and beyond.
