About the role
Nordhealth is building the future of veterinary practice management software. Provet is used by thousands of clinics across Europe, and we’re just getting started. As our Partnerships Product Manager, you’ll own one of the most strategically important domains in our product: the integrations and partnerships ecosystem that connects Provet to the broader world of veterinary technology.
The previous approach to partnerships was largely reactive - responding to inbound requests and managing a growing backlog of integration tasks. Your mandate is to change that. You’ll take a proactive, strategic approach: defining how we evaluate new opportunities, building a commercial framework, and turning our integration ecosystem into a genuine competitive advantage.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, working directly with integration partners and shaping the strategy that determines how Provet connects with the rest of the veterinary tech landscape. 🚀
What You’ll Own
Product Leadership
You’ll be the PM for a dedicated engineering team of ~6 engineers, working in close partnership with the engineering manager to set direction and drive delivery.
Own the roadmap and backlog for the Integrations & Partnership team - setting priorities, writing specs, and keeping the team focused on the highest-impact work.
Balance incoming integration requests with proactive strategic work, protecting engineering capacity for the initiatives that matter most.
Translate partner and commercial requirements into clear, well-structured product briefs that the team can execute against.
Run the team’s product rituals in collaboration with the engineering manager (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retros, etc).
Integration & Partnerships Strategy
Define a clear, defensible strategy for our integration portfolio, including a commercial framework for when partners pay, when we pay, and when it’s a rev-share arrangement.
Build a rubric for evaluating new integration opportunities across strategic value, client demand, revenue impact, and engineering cost.
Articulate and own our “Open Platform vs. Native Solution” strategy - knowing when to integrate with third-party tools and when to build natively.
Proactively source and evaluate new, high-value integrations and partnerships that align with our company goals.
Portfolio Ownership
Serve as the primary product point of contact for all integration partners. All new questions and requests are routed through you.
Audit and deeply understand the current integration portfolio: what we have, usage levels, commercial structures, and health of each integration.
Develop a clear portfolio management plan: which integrations to invest in, which to maintain, and which to consider deprecating.
Streamline the intake process for new integration requests, moving from a reactive to a proactive model.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with the domain PMs who own each area of the product. Because integrations touch every part of Provet, you’re the interface between the external ecosystem and the internal product org - and you’ll need to make sure every integration creates a consistent product experience for our users.
Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to align the integration roadmap with what we need to win and retain clients.
Act as the internal expert and advocate for the partnerships domain, bringing insight from the partner ecosystem into roadmap decisions across the broader product org.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
3+ years in Product Management, ideally with experience owning a platform, ecosystem, or partnerships domain in B2B SaaS.
Proven track record of building strategy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments - not just executing against an existing plan.
Experience working directly with external partners or third-party vendors as a product stakeholder.
Skills & Mindset
Strategic thinker who can zoom out to define the framework and zoom in to drive execution.
Technically literate - you don’t need to write code, but you can hold your own in a conversation about APIs, integration architecture, and data flows.
Strong commercial instinct - you understand how integration decisions connect to revenue, retention, and competitive positioning.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder, comfortable working across engineering, sales, and external partners simultaneously.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with the veterinary or broader healthcare/medtech software space.
Experience with integration platforms, API ecosystems, or marketplace strategy.
Background in or exposure to commercial frameworks (rev-share, partner tiers, licensing models).
