About the role
We are here to create great healthcare products. That’s at our very core, but it’s the people who make companies great, not the other way around. We spend more time with our co-workers than anyone else in our lives. Being part of an exceptional team is not only important for your personal mindfulness but key for your professional progression.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to grow our AI product revenue in Norway. The product is live and already used by over 1,500 healthcare customers. Your job is to get more of them using and paying for it.
You will work across two channels: selling directly to new customers, and selling AI products to customers we already have. You will report to the Norway Country Manager.
Your key responsibilities include:
Sell to new customers
Find and approach clinics, therapy providers, and healthcare groups in Norway who are not yet Nordhealth customers.
Run the full sales process from first contact through to a signed deal.
Use webinars as a primary channel to generate interest and qualify prospects at scale.
Grow revenue from existing customers
Work through the current customer base to identify who is not yet using our AI products.
Have commercial conversations with those customers and convert them to paying AI users.
Keep in regular contact with accounts to catch any risk of them leaving early.
Build and manage partnerships
Identify and develop relationships with Norwegian healthcare associations, clinics groups, and industry networks that can refer customers or co-promote our products.
Work with partners on joint webinars, events, and referral arrangements that bring in qualified leads.
Maintain a clear view of which partnerships are generating pipeline and which are not.
Run webinars and online events
Plan and host product webinars targeted at Norwegian healthcare buyers.
Use webinars to educate prospects, demonstrate the AI products, and move people into the sales process.
Follow up with attendees systematically to convert interest into meetings and deals.
Success Metrics
There are two things that matter in this role: the number of customers paying for AI products, and total revenue growth. Everything you do should connect back to one of those two:
AI paying users: The number of customers who have moved onto a paid AI product. This covers both new customers you bring in and existing customers you convert.
Revenue Growth: The total revenue contribution from your activity — new contracts, expanded accounts, and AI product upgrades.
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:
Experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with a track record of closing deals — both with new customers and by expanding existing accounts.
Experience running webinars as a sales or lead generation channel, not just as a marketing activity.
Experience building and managing partnerships — you have done this before and know what good looks like.
Comfortable working in HubSpot to manage pipeline, log activity, and track deal progress. Experience with HubSpot specifically is a plus.
Native or fluent Norwegian. Working-level English.
What’s in it for you?
At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently. We value continuous improvement, diverse teams and autonomy which drive our collaboration. Our global healthcare domain is rapidly developing and we are seeking colleagues who enjoy working in this type of environment. 🌎
In addition, we offer:
The chance to work in a meaningful industry and in a fast-growing, global company on a path to changing digital healthcare
Competitive compensation and benefits
Learning and professional growth opportunities
The tools you need, and enjoy using
Frequent company events and talented colleagues from around the world
If you enjoy working in a fast-growing and international environment with the possibility to make an impact, this might be the perfect job for you. Apply now! We'll fill the position as soon as we find the right person.
