About the role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead to build and lead product marketing globally across Nordhealth’s portfolio of products.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, Finance, with a clear mandate: make sure we drive growth by building the right proposition for the right customer, bringing it to market effectively, and driving adoption and expansion.
You will own how we articulate the value of our products across different ICPs, customer segments, and markets; how we package and monetise them; and how we design the go-to-market and distribution strategies that help them grow.
You’ll work across both existing and new products, helping us sharpen our position in our core markets while identifying opportunities to expand into new customer segments and geographies. This means deeply understanding how clinics and practitioners evaluate, buy, onboard, adopt, and expand, whilst bringing together positioning, pricing, packaging, distribution, to influence those decisions.
This is a role for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with a hands on approach. You should be equally comfortable defining a global segmentation framework, interviewing customers, shaping a packaging decision, building the business case for entering a new market, or working with local teams to improve the adoption of a newly launched product! 🚀
Your key responsibilities include
Lead product marketing across our portfolio, establishing the frameworks, priorities, and ways of working that connect Product strategy with customer and commercial outcomes.
Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions across products, translating capabilities into clear and differentiated propositions for different ICPs, customer segments, use cases, and markets.
Develop and maintain our segmentation and ICP frameworks, ensuring we understand who each product is for, the problems we solve, how needs differ across segments, and where we have the strongest right to win.
Own packaging and bundling strategy, defining how capabilities and products should be structured across plans and customer segments, reducing friction to value and creating clear paths for adoption and expansion.
Co-own pricing and monetisation decisions, working closely with Product, Finance, Revenue, and regional teams on willingness-to-pay, competitive dynamics, monetisation frameworks, pricing changes, and business cases.
Define go-to-market and distribution strategies for new and existing products, determining which audiences, channels, motions, and lifecycle touchpoints will most effectively drive adoption.
Lead major GTM initiatives, from new product launches to pricing and packaging changes, including messaging, enablement, rollout planning, internal alignment, and post-launch measurement.
Drive product adoption and expansion, identifying the barriers preventing customers from discovering, activating, adopting, or expanding into our products and working cross-functionally to remove them.
Translate customer and market insight into action, combining customer research, win/loss analysis, product usage, competitive intelligence, and commercial feedback to continuously improve our propositions and go-to-market approach.
Partner closely with regional teams to understand local market dynamics including competitive positioning, willingness-to-pay, regulation, purchasing behaviour, and customer needs, while maintaining a coherent global strategy.
Identify and support expansion into new markets and geographies, assessing where existing products have organic growth potential and determining what needs to change across positioning, packaging, pricing, product, and distribution to succeed.
Build competitive positioning and market intelligence, helping teams understand where our products win, where they do not, and how we should respond to changes in the market.
Enable Sales,CS, and other customer-facing teams with the narratives, messaging, competitive insights, and materials they need to effectively sell, onboard, and grow customers.
Partner closely with Product leadership, bringing customer, market, and commercial context into product strategy and helping prioritise opportunities based on customer value and growth potential.
Track performance and iterate, measuring the impact of product marketing initiatives across acquisition, activation, adoption, expansion, retention, and churn.
What will help you to be successful in this role?
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Product Strategy, or a closely related role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
A strong track record of influencing growth through multiple levers, including positioning, pricing, packaging, GTM, distribution, and product-led initiatives.
Experience owning positioning and value propositions for products serving multiple ICPs, customer segments, or markets.
Strong understanding of segmentation, ICP development, pricing, packaging, monetisation, and go-to-market strategy.
Experience operating in competitive B2B environments, where differentiation needs to be earned through a combination of product, proposition, and execution.
Experience working across multiple markets, ideally in Europe, with an understanding that customer needs, willingness-to-pay, regulation, competition, and buying behaviour can vary significantly between countries.
Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with product and commercial data, conducting research, building business cases, and connecting insight to action.
Strong customer orientation, with experience using qualitative and quantitative research to understand why customers buy, adopt, expand, churn, or choose a competitor.
Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and regional teams without relying on formal authority.
Clear and structured communicator who can simplify complexity, make recommendations, and align teams around a direction.
Extreme ownership and comfort operating in a high-velocity environment, moving between strategy and execution and driving initiatives through to measurable outcomes.
A hands-on approach: you are comfortable setting the strategy, but also conducting customer interviews, writing messaging, analysing adoption data, developing a pricing recommendation, or working through the details of a launch yourself.
Nice to have
Experience in healthcare, vertical SaaS, or regulated industries.
Experience taking existing products into new customer segments or geographies.
What success looks like
You will help create a much stronger connection between what we build, who we build it for, how we monetise it, how we distribute it, and whether customers ultimately adopt it.
KPI: revenue growth and product adoption
Over time, we expect this role to create a consistent product marketing discipline across Nordhealth: sharper ICPs and value propositions, stronger pricing and packaging decisions, clearer distribution strategies, more effective launches, higher product adoption and expansion, and a repeatable approach for entering new segments and markets.
