About the role
We are here to create great healthcare products. That’s at our very core, but it’s the people who make companies great, not the other way around. We spend more time with our co-workers than anyone else in our lives. Being part of an exceptional team is not only important for your personal mindfulness but key for your professional progression.
We’re scaling our content function and looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who loves telling stories, especially through video. You’ll find the stories worth telling across Provet and turn them into short-form video and social content people want to watch.
Reporting to the Content Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll be a versatile all-rounder who takes ownership, gets things over the line, and does their best work with the trust and autonomy of a remote team. Alongside social and video, you’ll help with events, including tradeshows and roadshows.
It’s a varied, hands-on role for an ambitious marketer with 1-3 years of experience, offering plenty of opportunities to develop new skills, specialise, and progress their career with us. You’ll work closely with our GTM and Customer Success teams! 🚀
Your key responsibilities include:
You’ll have room to shape how we do things and bring your own ideas to the table.
Social and video: Grow our social presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Plan, create and edit short-form content, from event footage to customer interviews with support from your manager and external freelancers.
Story spotting: Keep an ear to the ground across the company for storytelling opportunities, from product wins and customer feedback to team milestones and sales stories.
Events: Help plan our 3-4 major trade shows a year, plus support with our roadshows, and regional events.
Newsletter: Produce the monthly customer newsletter end to end. Gather updates from Product, Customer Success and Marketing, draft copy, build and test in HubSpot, send, and report on engagement.
Website: Upload and update website content, including blog posts, customer stories, videos, and page copy.
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:
1-3 years in B2C or B2B social, communications or a marketing generalist role
A self-starter who owns their work and works well independently in a remote, async team
A crisp writer and editor who can adapt copy for different audiences and channels
Video editing skills for short-form social clips
Experience supporting events, including working with vendors
Happy to travel to major international trade shows, plus UK roadshows
Confident working with colleagues across teams to get the input you need, on time
Happy working from templates, briefs and checklists, and improving them as you go
Strong organization; comfortable juggling several projects and deadlines at once
Hands-on with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation tool
Fluent with AI tools in content and translation workflows, with the judgment to verify what they produce
The tools you’ll be using are: HubSpot, Notion, Linear, Slack, Descript, and Claude
UK driving license and car.
