Execution & Delivery
Translate high-level strategy into detailed, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering and design teams.
Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and iteration, working closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Product Marketing.
Prioritize the backlog based on business value, user needs, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility.
Market & User Expertise
Conduct deep market and user research to understand the specific needs and pain points of practice managers, accountants, and finance users within the healthcare vertical in the EU.
Act as the subject matter expert for finance/accounting within the product team, educating internal stakeholders on the regulatory landscape and complex workflows.
Engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and product usage data to validate product ideas and test prototypes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to gather feedback, conduct training, and ensure successful go-to-market strategies for new features.
Work closely with M&A integration teams to harmonize financial workflows across newly acquired products.
