We're looking for a Content-focused Customer Marketer with SaaS experience and Veterinary experience is a huge bonus!
👋 Who are we?
Nordhealth (OB:NORDH) is the leading provider of cloud-based Practice Information Management Software (PIMS) to veterinary and therapy professionals.
Over the last three years, we have grown our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and team size by almost 10x. It’s been an exciting growth journey so far and we are just getting started. Our mission is to enable healthcare professionals to deliver better patient care through software, with a goal to help serve over 200 million patients by 2030. In support of this growth mission, in May 2021, Nordhealth raised €120M through a public-listing on Euronext Growth Oslo stock exchange.
Nordhealth is a remote-first company, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. Our 430+ employees work either remotely or from offices/collaboration hubs. While our market presence is currently strongest in the Nordics, our customer base is rapidly growing in North America and Europe, with clients in the US, UK, Spain and many others. We are helping veterinary practices thrive by building software that is not only powerful, but intuitive, scalable, and a joy to use. As we expand across markets and deeper our product portfolio, we’re hiring a Customer Manager Manager to accelerate adoption, advocacy, referrals, and expansion across our global customer base.
About the role
We are here to create great healthcare products. That’s at our very core, but it’s the people who make companies great, not the other way around. We spend more time with our co-workers than anyone else in our lives. Being part of an exceptional team is not only important for your personal mindfulness but key for your professional progression.
We are looking for a builder who loves turning content and customer outcomes into growth. You are customer-obsessed and operationally minded - with incredible attention to detail, internal motivation, and a love of ownership and autonomy. You will run our global editorial and customer communications engine end-to-end, spanning newsletters, blog and release comms, case studies, and upsell campaigns all while partnering closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to lift GRR/NRR and drive ARR/MRR expansion. You’ll also own the localization workflow with in-region CS reviewers so our stories land in US, UK, DACH, Nordics, Spain/Portugal + Southern Europe.
You’ll have ownership or co-ownership over:
Customer communications & editorial calendar (blog, newsletter, email, social)
Advocacy, references, case study pipeline, and public regional proof
Referrals and cross/upsell plays (lifecycle programs, campaigns, and content)
Site copy updates and SEO-aligned blogs for customer stories and product content
Localization workflow with Customer Success reviewers
White-paper and content research briefs (execution via agency)
Your key responsibilities include:
Editorial & Comms: Own the quarterly editorial calendar and content creation for customer and prospect-facing channels (newsletters, product/release updates, blogs, lifecycle emails, referral advertising placements); maintain voice & style.
Advocacy & References: Build and manage the reference and reviews pipeline; source and produce case studies (interviews, drafting, approvals, design brief, publishing) with CS and Sales; publish localized/regional proof.
Expansion: Design and optimize cross/upsell campaigns for SME segments; partner with Growth on targeting and with PMM on value narratives.
Lifecycle & Adoption: Work with Implementation and Customer Success to refresh customer onboarding/adoption communications across email and in-app (Pendo) with clear triggers, segmentation, and measurement.
Website & Blogs: Maintain a backlog of customer-proof content (stories, quotes, logos) and SEO-aligned blogs; update site copy modules and resource center entries with fresh proof, articles, and releases.
Localization: Own translation/transcreation workflow and in-region CS reviewer loop for DE/ES/IT/NO/SE/FI; ensure message fidelity (PMM sign-off where needed).
Cross-functional Partnering: Align with Product Marketing on positioning and launch messaging; with Growth on nurture design and measurement; with Social on amplification of customer proof and milestones.
Agency Briefing: Write and manage blog/research/white-paper briefs.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
ARR/MRR lift from expansion and upgrades
Case study velocity/productivity (sourced → published, by region/segment)
Content publish cadence (planned vs. shipped)
Newsletter engagement (open/click rates, assisted traffic/pipeline)
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:
5–8+ years in B2B SaaS customer marketing / content / lifecycle, with a strong portfolio of customer stories and programs that moved retention or expansion.
A crisp writer and editor who can interview practitioners, translate technical features into customer value, and ship content fast.
Hands-on with lifecycle tooling (MAP/CRM, in-app/Pendo), segmentation, and measurement; comfortable partnering with PMM, Growth, Sales, and CS.
Experience coordinating localization and in-region reviews; bonus for veterinary or healthcare tech exposure.
Builder mindset: you create a process (calendar, briefs, templates, taxonomies) that scales output without sacrificing quality.
The tools you'll be using are: Google Suite, CMS (Webflow), Hubspot, Linear, Pendo, webinar platforms, user research tools.
