About the role
We are here to create great healthcare products. That’s at our very core, but it’s the people who make companies great, not the other way around.
We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to join our Marketing team. This role is for a builder who lives at the intersection of engineering, product, and data. You aren't just managing a CMS; you are the technical engine behind our growth. You will treat our digital presence as a product in itself—optimizing for discovery, conversion, and seamless user expansion.
Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will be the technical lead for our marketing properties and the execution arm for our Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy "vibe coding"—leveraging modern tools and AI to move fast, ship experiments daily, and bridge the gap between our marketing site and our core product.
Your key responsibilities include:
PLG & Experience Engineering: Partner with Product and Marketing to build high-impact growth surfaces. You’ll implement in-product CTAs, contextual upsell triggers, and feature discovery experiences that turn users into advocates.
High-Velocity Experimentation: Build and maintain the technical "racetrack" for experimentation. You will own the A/B testing framework and performance management systems that empowers Marketing and GTM to run experiments and learn fast
Full-Stack Marketing Ownership: Take technical command of our marketing websites. While we use WordPress where it makes sense, you’ll ensure our tech stack is modern, modular, and optimized for speed and conversion.
Growth "Plumbing" & Integration: Work alongside our Data Platform team to ensure our growth stack is airtight. You’ll manage the flow of data between our web properties, product, and HubSpot, ensuring tracking is precise and actionable.
Technical SEO & Future-Proofing: Architect our site for the next era of search. This includes programmatic page generation, schema implementation, and ensuring our content is perfectly structured for AI-driven discovery.
Reliability & Governance: Move fast without breaking things. You’ll maintain version control, clean documentation, and deployment discipline, ensuring our growth experiments respect global privacy standards (GDPR) and data integrity.
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast-growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:
A "Builder" Mentality: You are proficient in JavaScript (React/Next.js) and PHP, but more importantly, you know how to use the right tool for the job to move fast.
Vibe Coding & AI Literacy: You lean into modern workflows, using AI and automation to accelerate your output without sacrificing code quality.
Growth Fluency: You speak the language of CAC, LTV, and conversion funnels. You don't just ask "how do I build this?" but "how will this help us grow?"
Data-Driven DNA: You have a deep understanding of the data layer, GTM, and how to track a user’s journey from a landing page to a product login.
High Autonomy: You enjoy the freedom of a remote-first environment and take full ownership of the technical roadmap for growth.
Language Skills: You are fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
What’s in it for you?
At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently. We value continuous improvement, diverse teams, and autonomy.
In addition, we offer:
The chance to work in a meaningful industry and in a fast-growing, global company on a mission to change digital healthcare.
Competitive compensation and benefits package.
Learning and professional growth opportunities — we invest in our people.
The tools you need (and enjoy using) to do your best work.
Frequent company events and talented colleagues from around the world.
If you enjoy working in a fast-growing and international environment with the possibility to make an impact, this might be the perfect job for you. Apply now!
