About the role

We are looking for a high-caliber Program Manager to work directly with the CEO on the company’s most strategic projects. The first mission is one of our highest-priority initiatives: leading a cross-functional transformation from legacy PMS to our new AI-first platform.

This is not a PMO coordination role. It is a founder-mode execution role. You will work directly with the CEO and help turn strategic ambition into execution and results. 🚀

Your key responsibilities include

You will lead strategic projects that directly impact revenue, customer migration, and product adoption. Your first project will be to drive the transformation from legacy PMS to AI-first PMS by coordinating work across Engineering, Product, Onboarding, Support, and commercial teams.

You will:

• Own program structure, operating cadence, milestones, risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and executive follow-through

• Build clear reporting on progress, migration readiness, commercial impact, and blockers

• Use data and AI tools for analysis, triage, synthesis, and decision support

• Step into messy situations, create clarity, and drive action without perfect information
  

What will help you to be successful in this role?

• 2+ years experience at a top-tier consulting firm

• Extreme ownership, strong judgment, and low ego

• Strong program management experience in a high-performance environment

• Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders

• Strong analytical skills and working with data to diagnose issues and drive decisions

• Comfort using AI tools for research, analysis, synthesis, and workflow acceleration

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring clarity to complex topics

• Comfortable going deep in the details while staying focused on business outcomes
