About the role

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer with strong skills in Platform and Site Reliability engineering area. You will work on challenges that improve development experience, end user experience via improved automation, refactoring, infrastructure migrations, observability.
This is a hands-on role where you will help shape how platform engineering can enable our developers who in turn can develop features that can be trusted and tested to assist healthcare professionals and improve patient care.
Your key responsibilities include:
Iterate on automation and adoption in these areas: Linux, AWS, Gitlab, Github, Grafana
Experiment with alternative approaches to pick more optimal solutions that strive towards self-service capabilities for developers in areas touching the whole software development lifecycle: technical design, development, testing, documentation, observability, deployment, alerting
Develop and automate configuration management in the above areas
Analyze existing suboptimal setups and propose solutions
Document and present findings to internal teams
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:
Ideally, 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, Platform Engineering, or DevOps roles.
Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code or Configuration Management tools.
Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including Helm, Kustomize, operators, and cluster-level debugging.
Strong understanding and experience in observability principles and tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog). We prefer Grafana
Proficient in Python/Golang/Bash/Typescript/ or PHP for programming, scripting, automation, and tooling.
Practical experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Octopus Deploy, ArgoCD, or similar).
Experience building or supporting Internal Developer Platforms or developer self-service tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure); AWS is strongly preferred.
Comfortable in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment.
